RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS

Items received within 10 calendar days of original order date qualify for a refund as long as the original label is intact and the item has not been worn (for online purchases on).

Items received back within 30 calendar days of original order date that has label intact and is not worn qualify for store credit (for online purchases only.)

ALL JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, APOTHECARY, INTIMATES, SWIM AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We are not able to accept online returns after so days of original order date. Items returned must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition, with all tags in place.

The Piece Collective reserves the right to deny credit returns or exchanges at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.
